Greater Tuna

Huh?  What is Greater Tuna?  When my co-worker and theater director extraordinaire, Lynda Dallman, told me that she was going to direct “Greater Tuna” as a benefit for The Next Door’s Capital Campaign, that was my first question.  Turns out, Greater Tuna is the name of a very funny play about small town Texas.

Tickets to the show cost $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and children (play is suitable for children 12 and older).  It is being performed at the brand new Wy’east Middle School Performing Arts Center in Odell.  Tickets are available at Waucoma Bookstore for:

  • Friday, Nov. 26 at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, Nov. 27 at 2:00 pm
  • Saturday, Nov 27 at 7:30 pm
  • Friday, Dec 3 at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, Dec 4 at 2:00 pm
  • Saturday, Dec 4 at 7:30 pm

All proceeds go to The Next Door and the Hood River Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation.  Great causes!  So, be sure to go and laugh for us.  It’s a great way to work off some of those Thanksgiving dinner calories.  I’ll be there on Dec 4th in the evening to welcome everyone.  Can’t wait!
